algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi there,

Although I am new I am trying to do some incredibly complicated stuff for uni.

I have a vertical surface which is a lofted rotated tower and I want to create ribs for it so that I can laser cut it.i.e.

So I have vertical and horizontal elements to my model, to basically create a mesh.

I have this definition from our tutor but have no idea how I would adjust it to make it work for such a complex geometry.

see attached definition and screen shot of geometry

Any ideas

Regards

Stuart

The DigitalSubstance definition is good for single flat but wavy surfaces. There are lots of other examples for "waffle" structures that should be more suitable for your purposes. Maybe you can get a better start from here.
