Divide curve to attractor point

Hello, I'm having some trouble with my definition, which I think should be a reatively simple problem...

I have a curve, which I would like to divide perhaps 20 times, though I want the distance between division points to increase in length relative to proximity to the attractor point. I'm also trying to incorporate the graph mapper so that I can manipulate distances.
