Delaunay Triangulation leaking out of the referenced surface

I'll do it like this, using point on the edges to sort inside from outside (I first thought about length comparison but may lead to uncorrect results or incomplete culling).

Yes,

If you computed a length of mesh edge, and cull maximum:

But if your mesh contains long inside edges, it may make holes!
