algorithmic modeling for Rhino
The short answer is to use Trim with Region and select the interior curves. But if what you want to achieve is more complex, it'd be better for you to post your definition and an image of what you're trying to achieve.
Trim region didn't seem to work. Problem is i'm not using the standard components and the image is kind of confusing to figure out because the pattern is above the boundary.
Hi Perry-
I'm missing the "Decodes python script" component...any chance that you can just internalize the two sets of curves that you want to compare?
Hey David
Please find the attached the grasshopper file with the internalized components.
Hey David
Thanks a bunch. Could you please mention which components you have used?
It's "Trim with Region" :) Then just select the "curves in" (Ci) output.
Thanks, but i'm still not getting it. What exactly have you connected to the 'R' input and the 'Ci' and 'Co' outputs? Also is the join curve component not connected to anything?
Ok, never mind, I got it. I'm still curious about the 'join curves' component however.
Hey David, Please find the attached jpegs of my definition
