algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi guys! Need a little help here. Is it possible to create a list of numbers whose sum is a certain number (40, for example)?. The thing is, I also need to be able to control how many numbers or indexes i want and which indexes I want to be bigger, meaning “in which parts of the list” I need to concentrate the highest values, always having 40 as the total sum. There is one last condition: the numbers can't be smaller than 2.
To sum up:
- i need a list of numbers (no specific lenght. In fact, it´s variable)
- the sum of this numbers must be always 40
- they can´t be smaller than 2
- i must be able to control what "parts get to concetrate" the larger values.
Thanks!

Until some good Samaritan provides a component based solution get the attached (already available thingy ... that is somehow "close" (but not 100% exactly) to your goal).
hahaha, ok.
Wow thank you! I will also try an evaluate combined with culling the last index, just to be sure.
Once again, Thanks a lot!
