algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi there,
Having some fun trying to work out a way to trim/split a set of circles which are positioned between two curves.
The intention is to trim/remove the outside portion of the circle, and split the inside portion into two where it intersects with the left curve. These split curves will later be measured and used to distribute an array of objects.
Seeing I only took an introductory course last week on grasshopper, I'm struggling to work out a way to do this, can anyone lend me a hand or point me in a direction which could help? I've done a search and tried a few tactics/tutorials with no luck.
Cheers
Evan

Hey,
it is easier to help if you post your file. I have a small defenition which explains the subcurve component and how you get the curve parameter t. and how to work with t and domains. Ask questions if you do not understand something.

Worked a charm. On my file I had used the circle CNR tool which seemed to be the part which was playing up during intersections. Have swapped it out for the standard circle tool now.
So thank you, really appreciate it. Think it will definitely be worthwhile learning more about domains as it is still fairly confusing to me.
