Canvas freezes when adding new components

Hi David,

This was already posted by me or Jeliszej.

I tried to rebuild the (0.8.0066) definition, which caused the canvas to freeze when adding new components.

The problem occurs again. It has something to do with a larger amount of surfaces I am using. But I can´t even track down a specific component.

Disable components, DataDam, internalise data, disable autosave - nothing helped.

Did you have the chance to take a look at the files?

Hi Phillip,

can you try the following:

Switch to wireframe viewports.

Change the Wireframe display mode to use Windows display instead of OpenGL.

Does that improve the speed?
