can i use T splines model in grasshopper?

hi 

i'm a new explorer of grasshopper and i have a model that i created with T-splines... i need to apply a facade subdivision using grasshopper or lunchbox....but it's not working.

image 2 - shows that when i apply a lunchbox subdivision the grid goes crazy

any hint? please help me :)
