Hi Alex,

Yes, you can. You can manually set each layer for each geometry, by right click on your final geometry component->Bake, and choose the appropriate layer.

Doing this in a bit automated way requires using custom "bake Attributes" component.

I've just updated the FabTools, that have basically all bake options you can imagine.
