algorithmic modeling for Rhino

attractor help!

Hey everbody, its my first time in grasshopper and Im trying to make a smart component which open its radius as an attractor point comes near. It is supposed to open the width of its core but instead I get a sub surface.  I did the wall and attached the component, but I can't make it to respond to the attractor point.

I know its a very dumb question but Im really stuck with this, can anyone help me??

I attached my rhino file and the grasshopper definition as well
