what is there to optimise? It is either the golden ratio or it is not.

ok let me see first actually my concept is not much clear on this, I am trying to optimise the objects or the parts of the object which wont be in golden ratio using point and line parameters. I am just early stage of work, I will be in touch thank you for the response and if possible suggest me any material or tutorial to follow.
