Anemone vector fields

I've created this vector field/branch system, but I want to animate it and not sure how.

I would like it to start from the centre and grow and branch outwards. I believe this can be done using loops in anemone but I'm not understanding it....can anyone help?

I've also attached my attempt to use anemone but its not working.
