algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Apologies for the flurry of posts...

Please see attached image... I've "unrolled" mitred breps generated from an offset polyhedron. My intention was to orient each brep to the unrolled outline for the process of fabrication... it's almost worked, but each brep is aligned incorrectly, a process of the unrolling I am guessing.

I guess the best solution would be to align each brep to its respective outline, can anyone advise the best process to achieve this? i'd prefer to find a reliable way to achieve this, so that the network can be used with other polyhedra reliably.

Failing that [and this is really n00b-ish...] how would I be able to rotate each brep around it's centroid... currently if I rotate the geometry it rotates en masse around a given point rather than each instance rotating separately.

The end game is that these facets can be fabricated individually, and the network can be used to explore various forms through irregular polyhedra.

Many thanks in advance, I really appreciate some of the tips buried in the forums...

D'oh, worked it out was massively complicating things for my self... the orient node worked fine.
