3d voxelization\pixelization

Hi everybody, I am trying to generate a 3d pixelization using box and curves like the attached example and this link: http://code.algorithmicdesign.net/geneWave

I do not find the graphic commands in this example, is it a component or a plug-in?

I wondering if someone  have a code that can share with me or help me understand how I can do it
