numbering points

Hi, I'm trying to number a list of points.. It worked but there were duplicated elements. So I downloaded a script to remove those and managed to get single points. But when I connect this to 3d tag text, my rhino crashed! (I tried twice). Does anyone know the problem?

Also, there are two points at each side of the hexagon tubes, which have the same numbers when I 3d text tag it.. Is there a way that I can make them different to tell which way is up and down? Lets say 1a and 1b for one plane, then 2a and 2b for another plan, and so on..
