Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi,

I've created an equilateral triangular pyramid which opens up in a certain range and I'de like to multiply and spred it on an equilateral triangular grid, thuse creating a surface of pyramids.

unfortunately I'm very new in grasshopper and I can't seem to do the followings:

1. spred the piramids so they will overlap each other.

2. control the opening of each pyramid separately.

any feed back will be blessed!

Hi Chris,

Thanks for posting this wayy back. I'm a grasshopper beginner and I'm trying this script out and trying to figure out how to manage the heights and also add an attractor. Where would I be able to apply that in the script. My objective is to apply the pattern onto a surface. Your help would be appreciated!

Thank you

Shida

Hi Chris,

I am new to Grasshopper and was wondering how to add the surface command so the script can be applied to a surface modelled in Rhino. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but the scripted pattern is not attaching itself to the surface...
