Can Rhino read back the point that was changed in Grasshopper?

As the title says, I am wondering if it is possible to let Rhino update itself according to a change that Grasshopper is making. Say, I put (or Internalize) a point into Grasshopper from Rhino. I move the point with a vector. After that, I would like the same point inside rhino to move by the same vector.

When I do that with bake. it will create the same results, but the new point does not have the same ID as the old point.

Would greatly appreciate your help.
