algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I have two cylinder buildings, A and B, with 10 floor each. They are at an specific distance from each other.

I want to join the floor number 9 from the building A with the floor number 9 from the builng B. How can I do this using only Metaball? or there is another way to do it?

Thanks!

Here is an example.

Hi Aba,

since your towers are cylindrical, you're probably better off creating a metaball from only two points; the centers of the circles of each tower. You can assign them different weights:

Thanks!!!!!

Hey, can you tell me what comand is the one who came after the move of the point?

Thanks!

I attached the GH file as well. After Move are Loft and Extrude.

Yes, but the other move comand, that came from the point?

Thanks!

Oh that's [Flip Matrix]. The data I have is two lists (one for each cylinder) with a bunch of points in each list. However for the Metaball I need the points on each floor to be in the same list. Flip Matrix accomplishes this mapping.

Hi,

is there a way to apply the same methodology on two separate ellips components?

Thanks.
