Cannot Load Karamba

Dear Karamba,

I just simply cannot load you any more in grasshopper. I can see the "loading karamba" text when I start grasshopper. But I just cant see the tool bar in the interface window.

Nothing comes out...and I did install it into AppData--->User--->admin--->roaming--->mcneel--->plugin--->grasshopper......

Please help, i will be really grateful.
