How do I get a frame of individual lines/curves to be one continuous frame for further processing?

how do I get a frame of individual lines/curves to be one continuous frame for further processing? 

In the attached image the voronoi frame is a continuous frame. This is necessary for a continuous exoskeleton mesh.

I don't know what the second to last component is but it seems to be accomplishing that task.

Any help would be appreciated
