Pull Point?

Hello all

I have been away from Grasshopper for a while and as with higher math don't use it LOOSE IT and my skills have dropped

Here is what I am trying to do I have spent two day trying to get this going.  I have a rectangle shaped surface i want to pull a single point on that surface along the Z axsis the point I can move and I can move the point along the Z axsis but getting the surface to "stretch" i am lost.

Help please.

here is the basis of what I want but no sharp edges between the rectangle corners and the 'lifting point'
