algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi guys. I was looking up on the internet and saw very nice laser - cut vault.
I decided to recreate that, or play with, since its a good, yet pretty hard topic. Though the panelization process, triangulation, making "spikes" and attractors based on offset and fillet dont seem to be extremely hard, I completely have no idea how to start / approach the problem of creating a vault based on points. I would appreciate any help or showing the path / way of thinking.
Cheers,

OK. So I can share with what I came up with, if someone is interested. No problems with developing the surface changes, yet there is a problem with creating a surface from scratch.
With the help of David Rutten I managed to halfly create a vault, yet I have no idea how to make a surface out of it
So after a few attempts I decided just to create a generic surface and try to perform some operations that come to my mind. And I want to share with my results.
Maybe someone would have an idea how to 'fight' with that issue.
Cheers,

That's very nice stuff !
I have another problem, and I don't get it.
I have formed an unusual form, on which i want to apply my grasshopper file. But it seems not to work properly. Probably there is something wrong with the file itself... Just trying to understand how the program works... Any ideas ?
