Multiple Naked Vertices Fix?

Got it all working. My Kangaroo files were blocked. Thanks again for your help. I really appreciate it.

Yes you're right, I want to keep the holes but remove the unconnected verts. I cut off a little piece of the mesh.  If you look at the two holes near the top they have naked verts.
