mesh relaxation errors

hello

I want to relax a custom mesh along the red lines and open points(ref mesh jpg). I am using the defination by Daniel Piker, but its giving me errors.

after decomposing the mesh grasshopper does not identify the naked vertices. (naked vertices error.jpg)

I baked the points and selected the anchor points manullay. The script works but is not giving me output as a mesh. (geometry output null.jpg)  

please tell me a possible solution.
