Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everybody,

I am new to Grasshopper and I tried to design a vase. It is a very simple design. The file is in the attachment. In my design, there are gaps at the bottom of the vase and between two surfaces at the top of the vase. How can we fill these gaps at Grasshopper. Or should we bake the model and solve the problem at Rhino.

Extract the edges. [Loft] the upper ones together and [PlanarSurface] works for each of the lower ones.

p.s.: I have never seen a bake-the-model-and-solve-the-problem-in-Rhino-solution in here.If so, check that the adress to the website is correct.

Well it depent on the wished outcome...here is another option...

Thank you Homer for the "cap holes" component. For the top of the vase, if I want to have a fillet-like finishing, how can I do it? I mean, at your solution the top of the vase is sharp, but I want it circular?

Could I explain it. Should I use "arc"?

Thank you again

Is this a display Mesh issue. Change the settings on the "Blue Ball" at the top right hand corner of the toolbar to High

Thank you I was wondering about that problem:)
