Thanks Fred.

I did that at first but had error that said "The application has failed to start because ...". I'm attaching the images. So, I thought there should be another link somewhere.

Just replied Fred. I tried, twice, but still showed the same error. Not exactly sure what the problem is but I'll try installing to another system...

Thanks Danny, it helped.

I've downloaded the vcredist_x86.EXE & installation completed without problem. Now, Grasshopper worked in Rhino! Now, on to Grasshopper tutorials....
