Rhino 101 Primer exercises

Hello,

I am struggling a bit trying to learn a bit of Python. I have started with the Rhino 101 Primer but I am having difficulty with the exercises included in it. From around page 50 and forward the code of the exercises is trimmed to the focus of the subject. I guess it's easy to add the code that's missing, but I have no prior experience in programming and I can't get it to work. 

I have searched for a zip file containing the exercises but I couldn't find anything. If someone has the exercises could you please post it. 

David (Rutten), I think you wrote the first edition. If you are reading this, any chance you still have the code from the exercises?

I think Steve Baer of McNeel re-wrote it from David's RhinoScript 101 Primer. You could ask him over on the RhinoPython Forum. http://python.rhino3d.com/
