[Mass Addition] Then [Equality] = 1 feed into [Cull Pattern]

eg.

False, False, True, False = 0,0,1,0 => [MA] = 1

False, False, False, False = 0,0,0,0 => [MA] = 0

True, False, False, True = 1,0,0,1 => [MA] = 2

True, True, True, True = 1,1,1,1 => [MA] = 4
