Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi guys
i want to create a bumped (with pattern)surface and at the same time i need the edges to be interlocking, have same Z at edges and complementary curvature. it is also a square which has to have the ability to be rotated and still match the same panel. i did it after 2 days with grasshopper and result is awful. do you know any way i can do it faster and better?i think it is something common in manufacturing.

You should explicitly model something and post screenshots or find representative images of what you're trying to do.

It's hard to follow only a written description.

you see the height and curvature are set. but still you can recognize the edge.
