Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello, masters.

I'm looking for a way to construct sort of volume of trajectory under Grasshopper.

Currently I have a trajectory modeling achieved by Flock behavior script, and I'm really keen on finding a way to generate blob mesh along the trajectory lines, having more density around intersection point.

Please refer the below link & image, Ezio Blasetti's work.

The sense of blob mesh construction is exactly what I want. I would like to hear any advice to achieve this aim.

Many thanks for your time!!!!!!

P.S : I've attached a trajectory line file for just in case.

Hi have a look at exoskeleton, could be a good start:

Thanks for your words and link Alex~!

It is meant to the best support if you can briefly explain how I achieve more dense blob mesh around node.

When I try it, the output seems to pretty similar with loft. Definitely, I believe  there are diverse way to play with it.

Thanks for your continuing support!!!

Hi Lee, sorry i am busy with some other stuff until tomorrow, so i just have som tips for you, surface relaxation is the key. And thats where the difference between a Loft and a Skeletal Mesh is important, the topology of the skeletal mesh is much better for smoothing or surface relaxation than a mesh from a loft. so my tip: try weaverbird or kangaroo.
