Does a Code has to be always horizontal and clear? I think so ... ??

It doesn't technically matter where your objects are located. But to keep wires simple I think you probably should organise your file from left to right. A lot of people use Groups to visually distinguish separate parts of the algorithm, you can assign colours and names to individual groups.
