algorithmic modeling for Rhino

If I make two numbers in grasshopper which represent the x and the y coordinates of a point in rhino and connect them with a point "A" in grasshopper ... How can I manage to name the point A in rhino so that however I change the numbers which represent the coordinates of the point also the position of the String "A" changes? ...

Are you just looking to display the text "A" in the Rhino viewport at the proper location or do you actually want to create a Rhino point object with a name?

I am trying to display the text A (near to the point A) in the Rhino viewport at the proper location ...

When point A moves, the text A should follow ... How can I get this done in Grasshopper?

Hi Ahmed,

Is this what you need?

Click on "point_tag.gh" in the bottom part of my upper reply. That will enable you to download the grasshopper definition file and open it.
Number 3 is regular Panel, just shrank.
If you are a beginner I would recommend reading some of the grasshopper books from here. There are plenty of video tutorials too.

ok, I'm just working with the program and I'm nearly finished ...

what are these four things called so that I can easily find them by name?

1) MD slider

2) Move component

3) Panel

4) Text tag.

If you can not find them, just hold CTRL+ALT and click on particular component.

thanks
