circle packing on a rounded cube

Hello,

I need some help on creating a Grasshopper script for something similar in the image. When create a rounded cube in rhino, it distorts the circular disks and does not stay tangent to the curves.

It's very complexy...you need to start with hexagonal gread and wrap it round the cube like this...

...and in hexagons insert circles...
