But with this problem I can't remove duplicate curves with same length :-(

Sure you can.

If the absolute value of the difference between the length of curve A and the length of curve B is lower than a tolerance value like 0.01 then both curves have the same length.

In other words:

if abs(lengthA-lengthB) < 0.01 then remove B
