algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Blend Morphologies lofting problem

Using the great Blend Morphologies from here, i'm trying to loft between them, however I am getting errors with not all curves being lofted and when it bakes, it isn't a single surface. See Below. 

Can anybody recommend a solution?

I just used a solution with lofting then extracting v-direction isocurves instead
