algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Mesh Error

I have been following a tutorial about how to get a voronoi onto a surface - so far so good, but I have hit a problem when it comes to turning this into a mesh - I am greeted with the error 'insufficient vertices for a mesh'. I'm still relatively new to grasshopper, so I am not sure where I am going wrong. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction? I'd be very grateful! Many thanks!

attached now! Do you also need the rhino file? It is a single point - I can make a file if needed.
