algorithmic modeling for Rhino

if statement

Hi All, 

I have 2 data sets.  I want to have a statement if it is 0 the top data set goes through and if 1 the bottom goes through.

I am not sure I understand the logic of your screenshot, but the Stream Filter component would work:
