replace list item with multiple list items

i performed a cull duplicates operation on a list of points and it leaves me with the culled points, their index values, and the number of duplicates represented by each culled point. what id like to do is take the list of duplicates and convert them into a boolean pattern so that i can dispatch the original list of points (pre-cull operation). specifically, i want to replace all instances of 3 with 3 true values, and all instances of 6 with 6 false values. any ideas?
