algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,
I'm start to study how manage trees in VB, it's my first timeand I have a couple of questions.
First I tried to read the tree, writing A = x, VB components give me the same list of the original tree
plus another start and ending values, 802 (reference image)
What is it this number? It's a sort of boundary of the tree?
Is it possible to delete?
Exist a sort of For loop to read one branchat time?
Which section of the new SDK can I read to find more information about tree managment?
I hope not to boring, sorry I'm a beginner.

Another thing...
802 sometimes change, but I don't why, maybe if I insert come new components... now is 693.
But if I try to flatten the tree before to enter in the vb component, It's still reading this number...

Giulio, you're right, Voilà!
I don't understand why if I change Connectivity from ITEM to LIST, A and B gave me Null as result...
All I want to do is draw some line using the connectivity diagram of the mesh face.
I think to proceed in this way:
- build an array with points
- call the point from ponts array with a For loop and draw the line.
But before I want to understand some basic things about ITEM-LIST-TREE management

please have a look at the comments in the file. Btw, now you can use the latest version of Grasshopper and access the "Face Vertices" component. This will spare all the string conversions, and therefore the null items.

Thanks Giulio, for your kindness, very useful.
The attached file is my last version, and it seems to be work, but there is a problem, probably
lies in the inner logic of Delaunay Triangolation.
I draw the line, but I want to use the face vertices to draw a closed tringle for every face.
I thought that each triplet of points rapresented a single closed face.
It seems to me that the order of face vertices follow another rule.
I found this, maybe I will check today
