Offset with different offset dimention

I am trying to offset a line at different points with different dimension.

I dont mind offsetting the line or surface. What ever is easier.

Right now, its a curve that is offset, lofted then extruded.

Or is sweep the easier solution for this ? I tried sweeping and it looked like crap, thats why I am trying offset

graphmapper can be a possibility.
