Floor Plate Atrium Question (Removing points from a list)

Hey all,

I'm trying to create an atrium in these floor plates from the center of each floor plates' side (See below).  Is there a way make a closed polyline per floor (similar to what I've done with points 0,1,2) from a string of points, rather than one continuous line.  Basically I want to connect the three points on each plate as a closed polyline, but don't know how to phrase that into a definition?

Hi donald,

If I understood you correctly, you could set the "C" input plug of the "Polyline" component to "True".

Hey djordje,

That would work if it wasn't a string of points, but by setting the polyline component to true it connects points 0,1, and 2, then moves on to 3.  I need a way of specifying only connecting 3 items in the list.

post your definition and I will help

Michael,

Many thanks!  Here is the file.

is this the intent?

Yes!  A thousand thanks!

Why do you have to use the reparamaterize option when you bring the curves back in to the evaluate curve component?

The parameter t set at 0.5 is assuming a curve domain of 0 to 1.0.
