DIVA + Galapagos screen capture

Hey guys,

Racking my brain on this one. DIVA + galapagos when running doesnt update the display for every solution, but only once every 5 min or so, so I see results of very few solutions displayed. So if I do screen capture, I'm hardly going to anything as an animation.

Any clue on how i could make it refresh frequently, the display. I dont know if it should work but even tried a timer on display. doesnt work.

Hi Harish,

I have not used DIVA, and it is hard to judge without your file attached.
But maybe you can try choosing the "Display all genomes" option in the Galapagos, during the ongoing calculation process:

Good idea, I didnt think of it, but on closer inspection it is already in that mode. I even tried if the 'dispaly all in rhino viewport' button matters (top right corner, before the egg), no change :(

So still doesnt work.
Is this somehow a limitation built in DIVA?
