algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hello everyone!
I am working on a parametric masterplan, its the first time I try such a thing and .. its hard .. I could need some help:
I want to create paths like the ones in the picture, that will connect several points in the urban fabric. Exactly like the picture.
I would appreciate any help. I have tried many thing but nothing seems to work..
Thanx

Try this - it's an updated version of a definition with Kangaroo for this kind of wet threads form-finding.
(in the tradition of Frei Otto and Eda Schaur)
You can play with the thread tension, the bending resistance, and the attraction exponent and strength to vary the result.
It needs the latest Kangaroo to run well (I changed some things to speed up this type of interaction)
Nice
these can also merit similar results with the right placement of points.

Thanks alot! I will try them out, hopefully they will do
I have another question .. I want to deform a rectagular grid using te paths as attractor or repellor curves.
I was thinking of using Weaverbird but I just downloaded it and dont really know how to use it .. Is the weaverbird suitable? any suggestions on the exact component?
