What happened to Rhino.Geometry.Curve.ClosestPoints?

A number of scripts I have relied on Rhino.Geometry.Curve.ClosestPoints(Curve crv, out Point3d ptA, out Point3d ptB), and now I am getting the error that

Error: 'Rhino.Geometry.Curve' does not contain a definition for 'ClosestPoints'

Has this been removed from rhinocommon? I found it quite useful....

It's a Rhino5 method only. Doesn't exist in Rhino4 SDK.

Hi to All Grasshoppers ! and special Thanks to D.Rutten for his great work

the Error: 'Rhino.Geometry.Curve' does not contain a definition for 'ClosestPoints' is even occuring in rhino 5 with the debugger message "ClosestPoints is not a member of rhino.geometry.curve " in addition when searching it in the VS 2010 Object Browser the result is " Search found no results"

contrary the method ClosestPoint exist

In old versions of the Rhino5 SDK it probably also doesn't exist. What date is your Rhino5 from?

I am using the last of Rhino 5 evaluation version (09/27/2012)

but the problem was resolved by using the Grasshopper Assembly(Vb.Net Add-on) CREATED BY Giulio Piacentino
