a triangle mesh. is that possible?

You can always create a Mesh from a Brep, either just by plugging a mesh parameter into a Brep/Surface output or by using the special Mesh component. You can also ensure the meshing results in only triangles, either by using the appropriate meshing settings or by using a Triangulate component.
