can not load grasshopper in rhino 5 64 bit

You'll need to update your Rhino5 version, the one you have is very old. 

The function GetAssemblySearchPaths was added several months ago which means that the version you have probably should have expired by now.

Hi, q and David I have same problem here with the Rhino Version 5.0  (5.1.2012.417, 4/17/2012) 32 bit

I mean GH can be loaded but it does not show any components

May it be something with chinese OS ?

It's most likely because the Rhino version is from the middle of April. You'll need a newer Rhino5.
