Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Create an animation be changing the parameters in GH

Because grasshopper is quite slow (i dont know if it uses all the cores of the cpu, at least in my quadcore cpu it doesn't) is there a way of creating an animation of the variation of the model when the parameters of GH are changing?
I know i can take snapshots of the screen and play them as animation, but i am wondering if there is another way.

thanks!!

You can animate one slider. Right click on the slider you want to change and you will see Animate... on the context menu. You can specify what image type is saved by changing the extension from .bmp to .png for example. You will then need to use a video encoder of your own to actually make the animation from the frames that GH renders. I use either After Effects or Bongo's video encoder.

If you need to change more than one slider then you will have to get more creative and use one slider to trigger events like a timeline.
