algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everybody,

I try to sculpt a surface by moving control points curve in rhino with numer and number of points contolable

Principle is :

1 create curves contour around a surface

2 make points editable and bake it in rhino

3 tweek in RH

3  loft curve to get the new surface in GH

here is a base but I do not know

Thanks

Paul

Hi,

maby no body understood what I want to do... it's a really usefull definition to be able to sculpt precisely surfaces with parametric points in RH.

I spend a new morning but I really don't know how to play between GH geometry and RH points.

Is someone have a clue ?

Paul

once I have my contour curves from surface I can't loft it again in a new surface...a mystery for me

IF the goal is to manipulate a surface by manually moving point then I think using GH is counter productive. Why not just use "points on" command in rhino?

The goal is to manipulate a surface by manully moving point but with the choice to change the number of lofted lines and choose the number of control points in order to get a great freedom for an accurate shaping

It's to complete a complexe organic shape wood structure made of curved cnc boards, I need it because the surface modeling sould be very precise with many distortion.

I'll post pictures when it will be completed

If I flatten the C Input of the Loft Component it does the loft.

Thank you, it works but I still do not understand how to bake, move the points in RH and get the new transformed surface again in GH.
