I'm not sure if I understood you well, as the curves in the .gh and .3dm files don't match (have different id). The file I uploaded has the curves matching and what I think you want to achieve.

i cant open your file im using rhino 4...

thats what i want to do , but as in gh example for multiple branches

solution is to change the inputs of the regions intersection component.

im not sure why it should play a role , but that how it works.
