GPS LOGGER SHIELD + SENSORS + GRASSHOPER

I recently bought an GPS logger shield with an SD card, to geolocate sensor data. I have followed all the Adafruit tutorials, and the GPS works perfectly, and I can log the data in the SD card. But I don't know how to add the sensor data logging in the code. (I'm not very good at writing Arduino code).  I would like to use later in GRASSHOPPER, the data geolcated, to create a 3d animation with the data collected... following the GPS coordinates.

THE BIG PROBLEM NOW... is that I don't know how to add to the arduino code, the lines which could help me to record sensor data in the SD and geolocate them at the same time.
